If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please return item unwashed and unused within 14 days. Email before returning to discuss your requirements. Postage on returns is the responsibility of purchaser.
We care about the environment, and our packaging reinforces this philosophy. To reduce our impact on the planet, we package our products in bio-degradable, earth-friendly, brown paper. Boosters and wipes are posted in brown paper envelopes.
The default freight charge is $5.00 throughout New Zealand. But will be higher for larger packages.
We'll send you notification once your parcel has been sent. We will do everything possible to track orders down with NZ
Post if they do get lost.
To make it easier for you to get set up with PikoBaby products layby is available on all purchases through the PikoBaby website. A 20% deposit is required when the layby purchase is made, then you have 2 months to pay the balance. Your order will be dispatched as soon as final payment has been received. I am keen to see you using PikoBaby nappies so I'm more than happy to work with you around the terms of the layby, send me an email to discuss a plan that works for you sarah@pikobaby.co.nz.

A minimum of 20% of the total price is required when the order is made, then regular payments after that. When making payments please always use your name as a reference so I can track your payments.
At this time we offer 2 mths however, that is negotiable within reason and you only need to contact me to request longer.
